Ordering

How do I place an order?

Find something you love and add it to your cart. At checkout fill in your details and choose how you want to pay. Once you confirm your order a confirmation email will land in your inbox straight away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@laurent-pierce.com and we will do our best to help. We process orders quickly so we cannot always guarantee changes once an order is confirmed but we will always try.

When do you process orders?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for full processing before your order is dispatched. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Transit time typically takes 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on your location. Total delivery time is estimated at 5 to 13 business days. Timeframes start from the date your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update and then you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Everything is charged in US Dollars (USD).

Is checkout secure?

Completely. All transactions are processed through encrypted PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all tags attached in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How do I return something?

Email us at support@laurent-pierce.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or defective include a photo. Do not send anything back before hearing from us as we need to authorise the return first.

Who covers return shipping?

If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect that is on us and we will cover the cost. For change of mind returns shipping is at your expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it to your account.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

That is on us. Email support@laurent-pierce.com straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will sort it out with a replacement or full refund.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum purchase.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States. We do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

How do I find my size?

Each product page has a size guide to help you choose. If you are unsure or between sizes reach out at support@laurent-pierce.com before ordering and we will point you in the right direction.
