Return and Refund Policy

At Laurent & Pierce, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Costs
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you.
Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at your cost. This includes situations where the item doesn't suit you or you've simply changed your mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us. Email support@laurent-pierce.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, your reason for returning, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Step 2: Wait for authorisation. Within 1 to 2 business days we will send you a return authorisation number along with the return address and packing instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving this. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 3: Pack your return. Use the original packaging where possible and make sure all tags are included. Pack the item securely and write your return authorisation number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship your return. Use a trackable shipping method and hold onto your tracking number. We recommend following the carrier instructions provided in your authorisation email.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need help with this contact us at support@laurent-pierce.com and we will guide you through it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
